On April 14, Cassidy shared his involvement with local business development initiatives, stating, “Enjoyed the chance to talk with culinary entrepreneurs at the JEDCO Food and Beverage Incubator announcement in Jefferson Parish last week! The following day, Cassidy addressed federal tax policy reforms aimed at easing the burden on working families. On April 15 he posted, “Filing taxes is never fun, but thanks to Republicans’ Working Families Tax Cuts bill and my IRS Math Act, families will see more money back in their pockets and don’t have to worry about being railroaded by the IRS over a simple mistake. Proud of these achievements that make tax”.

Later that same day, Cassidy drew attention to environmental restoration efforts in Louisiana: “For years, I’ve worked to strengthen the Pontchartrain Restoration Program, including securing $53 MILLION for the program through my infrastructure bill! I am incredibly proud of the continued support to improve water quality, reduce flood risk, and restore animal habitat near”.
