Of the 1,015 people living in Anacoco in 2019, 48.9 percent (496) were women and 51.1 percent (519) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Louisiana News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 335-to-278. In the 65 and over age range, there were 73 females and 83 males.
