Of the 19,533 people living in Concordia Parish in 2020, 50.6 percent (9,877) were women and 49.4 percent (9,656) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Louisiana News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 649. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,983 females and 1,470 males.
