Kiwanis and A+ Coalition School Supply Drive

Service organizations in the city of Natchitoches have banded  together in an effort to make sure elementary school children in our  Parish have the school supplies they need to thrive this year. The  Kiwanis Club and the A+ Coalition have put together a school supply  registry on Amazon (amzn.to/3vb6WQp)  for community members to buy much needed supplies and send them  directly to the Natchitoches Parish Library where club members will  organize and deliver them to all 9 Elementary Schools in Natchitoches  Parish.

Not tech savvy or prefer to shop local? Fantastic! Below is a list of  the top five requested supplies for all 9 schools as well as drop off  locations:

  • Clear or Mesh Backpacks
  • 2 inch, 3 ring binders
  • Composition Notebooks
  • Ticonderoga Pencils
  • Kleenex/Paper Towels
  • 24 Packs of Crayons
  • Glue (liquid or stick)
  • Highlighters
  • Black Dry Erase Markers
  • Notebook Paper
