In a tweet posted later that day, Letlow recognized a state-wide tradition, noting, "Happy National Crawfish Day! Louisiana leads the nation in crawfish production, fueling our economy and providing a Cajun delicacy for every corner of our state.", highlighting the significance of crawfish production to Louisiana's economy and culture.
She also commented on a national issue, thanking public figures for their stance against antisemitism at Harvard University. Julia Letlow was born in Monroe, Louisiana in 1981, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2002. She currently resides in Start and replaced Ralph Abraham in Congress.
