The much anticipated day arrived this morning as The Chamber joined Gilchrist Construction Company at a ribbon cutting celebrating the opening of the I-49 Overpass at Sugarhouse Road.
State Project No. H.01434 is now complete and ready to open. Gilchrist Construction built the three girder span deck unit in its backyard on New York Avenue and transported it to where the final finishes have taken place.
