There were 655 American Indian students enrolled in Sabine Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 5.9% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that Sabine Parish School District welcomed 4,041 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 16.2% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the district.
