There were 35 Hispanic students enrolled in Avoyelles Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 14.6% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that Avoyelles Parish School District welcomed 5,075 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 0.7% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the district.

Avoyelles Parish School District roughly covers schools within Avoyelles Parish and has a main office in Marksville.

Among the 11 schools in Avoyelles Parish School District, Bunkie Magnet High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 12 students.

The majority of Louisiana students were identified as white and Black, representing 48% and 37% of the state student body respectively during the 2021–22 academic year. Hispanic students made up 8.6% of the student body, and other ethnic minorities made up 5.6%.
