The City of Alexandria announced the nomination of a new Utility Director, marking a significant transition for the Alexandria Utility System. In a press release dated March 29, 2024, the City shared the news of Marcus Connella's appointment as the interim director and director nominee for the top job, succeeding Michael Marcotte.
