"Drug overdoses are on the rise, fueled by fentanyl-related causes.
And yet, House Democrats have blocked legislation to effectively ban the selling of illicit fentanyl manufactured by criminals.
This isnt an issue for gamesmanship. Its a crisis that requires bipartisanship."
