There were 5,075 students enrolled in Avoyelles Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 0.4% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Out of the total students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 52.6% of them were boys, and 47.4% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Avoyelles Parish School District students was white, with 49% of students identifying as white.
