U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy has announced that Louisiana will receive over $32 million in federal aid to support recovery efforts following Hurricanes Ida and Delta. The funding comes from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and is intended to assist with rebuilding efforts across the state.

Senator Cassidy expressed confidence in the state's ability to recover, stating, "As Louisiana continues to rebuild from Hurricanes Ida and Delta, we remain resilient. This funding will keep communities throughout South Louisiana safe when the next storm hits."

The allocation of these funds underscores ongoing federal support for areas affected by recent natural disasters.
